Ascend Physical Therapy and Rehab is an out-patient physical therapy clinic that offers unsurpassed care in the East Lansing area. At Ascend we work as a team to keep you with the same therapist every time to maintain consistency. We work with you to set your goals and guide you towards achieving them.
At your first visit, a Plan of Care is designed for you. The Plan of Care is also shared with your referring physician and is revised every 30 days. We incorporate therapeutic activities, physical modalities, and exercises along with education to get you moving again.
Ascend is a “sister facility” to Central Michigan Rehabilitation, LLC owned by Physical Therapist and Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, Manish Bondale. CMR has three additional outpatient physical therapy clinics located in Mount Pleasant, Midland, and St Louis. Our therapists pride themselves in continuing to educate themselves in the latest treatment techniques and interventions to get you to achieve your goals.
