Ascend is a “sister facility” to Central Michigan Rehabilitation, LLC owned by Physical Therapist and Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, Manish Bondale. CMR has three additional outpatient physical therapy clinics located in Mount Pleasant, Midland, and St Louis.
Ascend Physical Therapy and Rehab was established in 2019 by Manish Bondale, PT. His practice grew out of a desire to create a warm and healing environment where PTs could spend the necessary time listening to their clients, and understanding the factors affecting their health and mobility, enabling us to provide thorough, individually tailored care.
